[ When Sherlock wakes, he will find that his crystal is glowing! His emotion drops for the month of Octha have resonated with Empatheias' giant crystal, and a reaction has been formed.

By his feet, he will find a pair of sunglasses. Upon touching it, he will feel the need to prank someone while wearing it. But the feeling only lasts for five minutes at best!
