[At the sight that waited him, Naruhodou just smiles, shaking his head.] Do you know what time it is. . .?

[He must have a long night. It seem wrong of him to wake him, but most of the day has already passed at this point. So he'll come over and gently nudges him on the shoulder.] Holmes...? Are you going to sleep through dinner too?

[There's no response. Holmes is still too deep in slumber. Better try something less gentle, Naruhodou!]

. . . [He's not sure how effective this will be when it comes to Sherlock Holmes, but it always worked when Asougi did it to him. So he leans forward and proceeds to pinch his nose.]

[Five seconds pass. Then ten. Then twenty... Nothing happens until almost a minute has passed. That's when there's a sputter, a loud wheezing gasp and sudden flailing of the limbs.]

[He lets go as soon as he starts to flail, laughing a little. That noise. He sees why his friend finds it funny.] Good afternoon, Holmes.

[Poor Wagahai jumps out of bed with a start, yowling at the two of them for disrupting her nap.]

[Meanwhile, Holmes gets himself tangled up in the blankets and ends up rolling himself onto the floor. THUD.]

Waaaah... Whaaa... What time is it?

[Oh. He puts the package onto the bed and comes down to the floor to make sure he didn't hurt himself.] It's a little passed midday now. You've been asleep this whole time?

[He's fine, he's fine. Holmes is flexible- like rubber.]

Ggghhh... Most likely? I don't recall waking up at any point.

[He'll sit down beside Holmes.] What were you up to last night. . .?

[He forces himself into a sitting position, still fumbling with the blankets he got tangled up in.]

Uhhhh... Reading, I think it was.

All night? [He watches him struggle and then sighs quietly. He'll try to assist in untangling him from the blankets.]

Maybe you should save reading for the daytime. Anyway . . .I brought something for you to wear tonight. You don't have to, but--I thought it be nice for all of us to wear yukatas for the celebration.

[But daytime is reserved for other daytime things! Wehhh!]

Yukatas? [...] Oh! Those things! Which are like kimonos, but not like kimonos at all! With the robes!

Ah, yes. . . (At least he's not saying it has something to do with snakes.)

[He'll reach for the package he left on the bed and present it to Holmes. The yukata itself came custom with Holmes' emblem, embrodered onto the robe.] I just hope I worked out the measurements right.

[NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT SNAKES, MR. NARUHODOU!

Once the package is handed to him, he opens it up without delay and holds up the yukata with both hands.]

Oooh... That looks so nice! I had feared it would be all blackish, like your uniform!

[A deep frown.] T-There's nothing wrong with my uniform. [A sigh.] Would you like an explanation on how to put it on?

[Squint.] Well, it's just clothing, isn't it? Why would it come with an explanation? Arms go in the pants and legs go in the sleeves. [.........] Or vice versa!

I would hope it's the other way around. [He shakes his head.] Besides putting it on, the yukata has to be wrapped around your body in a certain way. For starters, the left side must always cross the right in the front.

[He pauses, then turns the yukata around in his hands.]

Ah... When you say left... Do you mean my left? When I am wearing it? Or your left when you gaze upon me wearing it?

Ah, your left. That's really the important thing to remember when you wear a yukata.

So... My left goes in the front when wearing it... And then the sash thing goes around it...?

[He nods.] That's right. Ah, would it help if I demonstrate by putting on mine?

Errr... I suppose so? [He won't be taking notes, so here's to hoping he gets it in one go.]

All right. I'll go get mine then. [When he comes back with his yukata, he'll also get a change of place and wear a short sleeve shirt and shorts.]

Normally you wouldn't wear too much underneath a yukata, but you can where a short sleeve shirt underneath if you like, especially when it's cold. [He's going to use one side of Holmes' bed to set aside the parts and also does the same for Holmes.] Why don't you follow along with me?

[Oh great, he gets to stand by Naruhodou in his underpants again. This should be good. He'll definitely wear more than just briefs, though. It's basically January and it it is cold out there! Short sleeve shirt and shorts it is.]

All right! [He picks up the yukata and starts putting it on.] When you wrap the yukata around your body, make sure you adjust if it's too low to the ground.

[He demonstrates, wrapping the right than the left side of the yukata.] You want your ankles to at least show.
